We can handle Buyer’s or Seller’s side in transactional as well as litigation matters including the condominium cooperative market. Our practice includes resolution of complex Title issues. We are also available to address the needs of commercial and residential Landlords or Tenants in lease negotiation or renegotiation, lease enforcement, housing violations, and litigation.
Debtor & Creditor Law
We represent individuals as well as small businesses and major lenders in litigation and settlement negotiations arising out of breach of contract through and including the Judgment enforcement phase and administration of Settlement Agreements.
