Diane Bradshaw 

After a career as an associate attorney at various firms, Diane incorporated as Bradshaw Law Group P.C., a full service boutique law firm handling, without limitation, entertainment law, intellectual property, complex commercial litigation, lease finance transactions and litigation, secured transactions, contracts, real estate, creditors’ bar bankruptcy, immigration, tariff exemption, trusts and estates, matrimonial and family law, sexual harassment and assault, commercial and residential foreclosure, elder law, settlement negotiation, as well as corporate and legal project management. Diane also facilitates financing and development in the film, media, and theatre arena, drawing on her deep ties to the entertainment industry.

With over 30 years in the entertainment world before law school, Diane has written, produced, and edited short films; and appeared professionally in film, television, theatre, and concert internationally. She remains active as a producer of film, television, and theatre projects. Diane holds a B.S. Degree in Film and Theatre Studies from the City University of New York and a J.D. from New York Law School. She is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. Diane is on the Programing Committee of New York Women in Film and Television (NYWIFT) and is a member of SAG-AFTRA, AGMA, and AEA.

Joseph Fraia. A member of the Italian Bar. Coming on board in August 2019 as a special consultant in the areas of Mediation, International Commerce, Intellectual Property, Immigration, Media,Entertainment, and Bankruptcy. International lawyer admitted to the Italian Bar in 2006 and Legal Business Consultant in the United States since 2011.

Susan Esterhay

Susan Elizabeth Esterhay, an experienced immigration attorney admitted to the practice of law in the State and Federal Courts of New York, is OfCounsel to Bradshaw Law Group with an emphasis on U.S. Immigration, Nationality, and Consular Law. In practice for over 20 years, Susan has successfully worked with corporate clients and individuals to obtain visas, “green cards,” and citizenship for foreign nationals all over the world. In addition, she has litigated cases before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals in Washington, D.C. as well as United States District and Circuit Courts. Susan is willing to take on cases that other attorneys might be reluctant to handle.

Areas of Law: Family Immigration, Fiancé Immigration, Business and Employment Immigration, Federal Court Immigration Litigation, Board of Immigration Appeals Litigation, U.S. Asylum Litigation before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Deportation and Removal before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Citizenship, and Naturalization.
